Great service, Lara went above and beyond, bringing us coffee and helping with dinner reservations. Nice breakfast with a variety of food. Clean room, comfy bed, and extra blankets for the cold weather. Convenient location near water bus.

The location is fantastic - close to major attractions yet in a quiet spot in the city. Staff is excellent, very helpful and eager to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is great and the hotel has a lovely nespresso machine for delicious coffees.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, as it was close to many of the main sights I wanted to visit in this city. it was conveniently located near the 'tea' station, shops, and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, offering anice and neat stay. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to most tourist places in the area. You can easily walk to St. Marc's Square and Rialto Bridge within 10 minutes. The hotel is also conveniently situated near a great restaurant called Anonymo Veniziano.

The only downside is that some rooms might experience occasional issues with hot water supply and water pressure in the showers.

However, the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to many attractions in Venice. The Dorsoduro area, known for its value-for-money restaurants, is also close by. the staff were helpful in organizing a water taxi for me, adding to the convenience of exploring the city.

The hotel had issues with flooding and leaky windows, causing discomfort and inconvenience.

One specific situation that stood out was when we arrived late at night and there was no one to greet us. luckily I had data roaming and was able to contact the hotel. The man who eventually checked us in was not very friendly, but the staff member who checked us out was lovely. despite this minor inconvenience, I would still recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable rooms.
